Help build the company behind AI risk.

CoverVector sits at the intersection of AI, insurance, underwriting, and market infrastructure. We are building a company that helps enterprises scale AI with confidence and helps insurers evaluate AI risk with less uncertainty. We are looking for people who can think clearly, move with urgency, and help turn a strong market thesis into a real business.

Open Roles

Growth Lead, Enterprise Reviews & Advisory

This role is about building the company-side pipeline for CoverVector's review and advisory services. The work is commercial, but it is not just sales. It requires someone who can identify the right buyers, open conversations with credibility, shape early demand, and turn interest into real engagements. You would help refine the message as much as you help carry it into the market, working closely with the founder on positioning, outreach, and how the company-side offering evolves. The right person for this role is commercially sharp, comfortable operating in ambiguity, and able to talk to risk, legal, compliance, operations, and innovation leaders without sounding generic or over-scripted.

Product Lead, VectorIQ™

This role is about helping turn VectorIQ into a real product, not just an interesting concept. It requires strong product judgment, but also real comfort with AI, data, workflow design, and technical problem-solving. You do not need to be the engineer writing every line of code, but you do need enough technical and AI fluency to work credibly across model logic, data structure, product behavior, and real-world use cases. The job is to help productize the risk model, the dossier, the outputs, and the surrounding workflow in a way that is structured, scalable, and commercially useful. You would work closely with the founder to decide what belongs in product, what stays in service, and how the system gets better over time.

Broker Partnerships Lead

This role is about building the broker lane for CoverVector. The job is to develop trusted relationships with brokers, help them understand where CoverVector fits, and create a clean path for AI-exposed accounts to come through the channel. This requires strong relationship instincts, commercial judgment, and enough insurance fluency to know how trust is built and lost in broker ecosystems. The right person will help brokers see CoverVector as a specialist partner that makes them stronger in front of the client, not as a threat to the relationship. Over time, this role will help define how the broker motion works operationally and commercially.

If one of these roles feels close to your background, reach out. If none of them fit exactly but you believe you can help build something important here, reach out anyway.
